1 x high impact Boxercise Class a Week: Our Boxercise class combines cardio, strength, and endurance training. It’s a full-body workout that helps burn fat, build muscle, and improve your coordination.
Body Composition Tracking: We take the guesswork out of your progress by tracking your body fat percentage, muscle mass, and overall composition. You’ll see exactly how your body is transforming, keeping you motivated every step of the way.
Weekly Weigh-Ins: Regular weigh-ins help us monitor your progress and adjust your training plan if needed. It’s all about keeping you on track and focused on your goals.
Nutrition Guide: Fuel your transformation with our personalized nutrition guide. We’ll help you make healthier choices and provide tips to support your fitness journey.
Weekly Training Videos: Can’t make it to every class? No problem! Our weekly training videos allow you to practice at home, so you never miss a session.
