CQS / KAPAP-Krav

The common foundation

One Foundation For Every Student.

CQS / KAPAP-Krav is not a separate style to choose. It is the shared foundation every TBBF student builds on.

It develops practical self-protection, awareness, movement and decision making, progressively and safely. Students work towards clear goals, recognise their progress and keep challenging themselves, whichever Student Journey they follow.

Selectable skill routes

Choose The Skills You Want To Build.

Once the foundation is in place, students choose any route, in any order, to suit their goals. Every route sits inside the same development system and Pathway.

Control, leverage and composure

Ju-Jitsu develops close control, balance and leverage. Students learn to stay calm under pressure and to solve problems with technique rather than strength.

Choose Ju-Jitsu to build patience and problem solving. Working closely with a partner develops trust, self-control and the confidence to stay composed when things feel difficult, on and off the mat.
